Life Behind Bars

Being one of the few triple in a double rooms, people are interested in what they look like. The first week here our room has been full of strangers telling us how small our room is and how it sucks for us that we have to live here, and how they would hate it, and through piercing laughter they crush our hearts. The only difference between us and zoo animals is that we can understand what the little in the helicopter hat with ice cream on his face is saying, "Wow your life sucks!". Mmmm. Well all i have to say is, we don't know any better, so chew on that stupid lion that used to live in the wild, and now has to live in a twenty by twenty cell, where people yell at him to roar, poop, pee, walk, anything but sit there and sleep. I just feel happy that they gave us three beds because i don't think i'd be into cuddling with either of my suite mates.

Today was nice......got an 80% on a German assignment, that was stupid, but i'm over it and i think i've learned something from it. Everything else was pretty norm in the dorm. Talked to my pal Joe about life and Nowak's return. I think it could be a good screen play. "Skinny, Fat, Almost Died, Skinny, Alive: The stages of John Nowak's Life" maybe i'd start it on a small terms stage, like Vietnam, and let it take Broadway by suprise. Kind of a spoof on Mel Brook's "The Producers".....but better.
