We Were Almost Ballers

Today well night and almost practically tomorrow we had our first game of intermurals. The tip off was at 10:15. I know mom past my bed time, but don't worry i went straight to bed afterwards... after i blogged. The game was a first for our team as a whole. There were times of brightness, like my suite mate tony draining a three to open the game, and there were times of darkness like when i air balled a three later on. It was a start. The team name is 1B and David. David is the assistant hall director and the center of our team. He stands about 6'11'' weighing in around 300 with two percent body fat. The man is God's gift to athletics. If it wasn't for a mother that taught David the importance of living in a dorm with college children he would probably be in the NBA or Abc or something. Anypoo we lost, but we learned and we'll be back.

Today was a day and that's for sure. Not too much excitement happened just classes and food and classes, until my gf lauren showed up. What a great surprise. It wasn't really a surprise i've known she'd be visiting for liek the last three weeks, but still. We are having a good time. First off we went to go to reconciliaion, but i forgot it was at six and not seven so we just prayed in church for a while and went on a pizza pasta date at the trat. There we met my suite mates and friends becca and courtney. We got slushies. Peach Sunset. I tasted the peach, but to be honest there wasn't much sunset going on. After all that we went to the basketball game and you know the rest.

Precious Moment With Our Suite Mate Rob Before He Leaves Us For Madison: Today we all played tetris in our room trying to beat robs ultimate record of 462 lines. I would have had the record except i couldn't see the screen because my eyes were full of tears.
